What is your cancellation policy?
We require cancellation notice no less than 48 hours before scheduled pick up time. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full amount. All deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation being made on time. The balance in full will be due should you fail to cancel before schedled time frame or no-show at pick up time. Balance will be waived if you cancel within the allotted time frame.

What kind of vehicles do you offer?
We offer our stretch Dodge Charger RT-Hemi seating 10 – 12 people. We also offer a custom-made Ford Excursion Limited seating 2 – 4 people for a more intimate atmosphere.

How far in advance should I place my reservation?
We suggest that you make your reservation as soon as your plans are set to ensure availability especially for weekends and special times of the year.

When is my credit card charged?
As soon as you book your reservation the deposit is charged to your credit card.

Are the limousines stocked with beverages?
We stock our limousines with water, sparkling water, soda and ice.

Are there any days you are closed?
We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day so that our drivers may spend this time with their families.

What if a personal item gets lost or left in the limousine?
Banana Breeze is not responsible for lost items, however, we clean our vehicles after every usage and will hold items that are found for people to claim.

What is your payment policy?
We require a $150.00 deposit at the time of booking and full payment seven days prior to the event.

What if I don’t need all my scheduled hours?
You will still be billed for the number of hours you ordered. Many of our packages require a set amount of hours and then extra for any additional time. We have a 2 hour minimum for any event.

How do I contact the chauffeur when more than one destination is involved?
Our vehicles are equipped with phones and our drivers will give you a business card with the phone number to reach them when you need to be picked up.

What do your chauffeurs wear?
Our drivers are attired in carribean style shirts and slacks. We will wear tuxedos for Weddings or formal occasions if asked.
